In January 2016, we sent one of our leaders to Southeast Asia to recieve training and certification in cross-cultural leadership. The leader is now able to train many others around the world to be more effective in cross-cultural work. This is critical for us. We remain $6000 behind budget to meet costs incurred by this training. Please help us meet our goal.
